New York Stock Exchange-listed global professional services firm Genpact has partnered with classroom and online professional training company Simplilearn as part of its global learning initiative, Education@Work.

A statement issued by the company said that the partnership will help Genpact offer Simplilearn’s certification and training courses across artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud computing, data analytics, digital marketing and cybersecurity, which are in demand.

Genpact has close to 80,000 employees across 20 global offices and provides digital services and processes for global Fortune 500 companies.

Founded in 2009, Simplilearn Solutions Pvt. Ltd offers classroom-based and online training across 150 subjects for professionals. Kalaari Capital, Mayfield India and Helion Ventures are among its investors and it has raised $28 million so far. The Bengaluru-headquartered company works with 1,000 companies across different geographies for training professionals. The company shifted its focus from training individuals to training professionals in collaboration with enterprises from 2017 and had acquired US-based digital marketing training firm, Market-Motive in 2015.
