Knowlarity buys Sunoray Solutions in third acquisition
Singapore-headquartered cloud-based telephony services provider Knowlarity Communications Pvt. Ltd has acquired Mumbai-based Sunoray Solutions Pvt. Ltd for an undisclosed amount, a company statement said.
With this acquisition, Knowlarity will gain access to Sunoray’s small and medium-sized enterprise market as well as artificial intelligence and machine learning products, the statement added.
“The acquisition is consistent with our strategy of acquiring businesses that complement our scale-up, both, in terms of revenue and breadth of offering to our customers. We will also aggressively target the Enterprise Customer with the expanded product,” Ambarish Gupta, founder and chief executive of Knowlarity said.
Founded by Rahul Arora and Sumontro Roy in 2014, Sunoray Solutions offers SMEs cloud-based telephony and customer relationship management solutions, which can be downloaded as mobile apps.
