Mumbai-Metro_YOU-BroadbandA day after Mumbai metro rain memes went viral on social networking websites, Anil Ambani's Reliance Infrastructure-led Mumbai Metro One Pvt Ltd announced Wi-Fi at all the metro stations across the city.

The service has been offered in partnership with YOU Broadband and will be available free of cost for the first 15 minutes for a month. After 15 minutes, commuters can purchase Wi-Fi coupons worth Rs 100. This will allow them to use internet for the next three hours, said a company's spokesperson. The coupons can be purchased from customer care centers across all the metro stations. While the company did not specify the speed of the internet on offer, it said that the service will be valid only for the first 5,000 buyers.

The commuters will have to select the Wi-Fi network 'Wi-Fi@Mum Metro by Youbroadband' and register themselves with basic details such as name and phone numbers to access the service.
