Promotions at PubMatic: Jeanne Houweling Is CRO; Andrew Rutledge Is GM and VP, Publisher Development

Online ad management company PubMatic announced two promotions - Jeanne Houweling who was the Vice President of Demand Partner Solutions is now its Chief Revenue Officer while Andrew Rutledge, Vice President of Publisher Sales, is General Manager and Vice President of Publisher Development. The positions were newly created.
In April 2010, the California-based PubMatic raked in $7.5 million in its Series C funding from Helion Venture Partners, Draper Fisher Jurvetson and Nexus Venture Partners. Its Series A round brought $7 million from the same investors in March 2008. PubMatic's clients include The Huffington Post, eBay, United Online, MSNBC and TV Guide. It has seven offices around the world in the US, Europe, and Asia.

He claimed it experienced a 16x year-over-year revenue growth in 2010.
Houweling joined PubMatic in 2008 from online behavioural marketing company NebuAd, where she was Vice President, Advertising Services.  She lead PubMatic's ad network and Demand Side Platform relationships and her team was responsible for making premium media and audiences available to hundreds of high quality ad network and DSPs around the globe, including via Real-Time Bidding.  Prior to Pubmatic, Houweling was Senior Director, Business Development at Claria Corporation, another online behavioural marketing firm. She headed Business Development at Microsoft/MSN in UK in 2003-04.
Rutledge headed Pubmatic's New York office and in his previous role as Vice President of Publisher Sales, oversaw all global sales initiatives with large-scale, premium publishers.
Prior to joining PubMatic, he was Director of Google/DoubleClick's agency and advertiser sales and responsible for over 300 agency and marketer clients and $75 million in technology revenue. Rutledge held several management roles at DoubleClick including Vice President, National Marketer Sales and Regional Director of UK and Northern Europe overseeing all agency and publisher relationships.
Other top management executives at Pubmatic are: Amar Goel - CEO and Chairman on the board of spinout company Komli Media, Anand Das, Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer, Vaishali Cooper Cooper – CFO, Mukul Kumar - VP of Engineering and Founding Engineer, Josh Wetzel - VP, Publisher Services, Manish Tayal - Senior Director of Algorithms and Analytics and Eric Klotz - VP Marketing.
