    Pandey has been the CEO and board member at Tata Group for over 18 years handling JVs and startup projects and heading a technology-based insurance distribution business. Previously, he has also been a general manager at Godrej & Kis and branch operations manager at Xerox. His expertise mainly lies in strategic and operational levels of telecommunications and energy sector in international arena, especially the US, South Africa, India and SAARC countries.

    A management graduate from London Business School and a mechanical engineer from National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra.

    Aloke Bajpai

    Bajpai, a pioneer of online travel search in India, started his career at Amadeus in Europe, where he was part of the team that built the world’s first web-based travel agency booking tools. He went on to do an MBA at the INSEAD business school, and moved back to India in 2007 to launch iXiGO.com. He is an electrical engineering graduate from IIT Kanpur.

    Anirudh Damani

    Damani brings over eight years of energy experience and procuring energy customers. He owns Artha Energy Resources, an energy consultancy firm and is responsible for adding over 2 billion kWh worth of energy. He has set up a consultancy firm for facilitating investments into power projects across geographies and asset classes like wind, solar, hydro and bio-power.

    Damani has done his bachelor’s from Austin College in Business Administration (Finance) and Economics.

    Bhupen Shah

    Shah is an entrepreneur-turned angel investor. Presently, he is the co-founder and CTO of Sling Media. Prior Sling Media, Bhupenco-founded Emuzed Inc. focused on mobile multimedia, with a large engineering team in Bangalore. Emuzed was acquired by Flextronics. Bhupen was also a key contributor and VP of Software at Dazzle, the first company to deliver video capture devices for the consumer market at retail level which was acquired by SCM Microsystems. He has also worked with large conglomerates like Philips, IBM, among others. Over his career, Bhupen has on four occasions successfully exited the companies he co-founded or joined at early stage.

    A computer science and electrical engineering from the University of Michigan, he is currently on the board of directors of several start-ups as well as rapid-growth companies and advises them on business growth strategy and on how to harness technology for their operations.

    Dr-Sam-MehtaMehta is the director of Atlas Venturez (family offices) and Dr Mehta’s Hospitals. He has been the founder of multiple healthcare ventures including Mehta Children’s Hospitals, Atlas Advisory (enterprise accelerator) and Everonn Medical Education (Health Education JV).

    Mehta brings over two decades of enterprise leadership, multi-national operating, project management, governance, strategic consulting, investment management and entrepreneurial experience within leading organisations like McKinsey & Company, Shell and Fortune 10 and family business companies across multiple sectors including healthcare, education, energy, chemicals, technology and retail across Asia, Europe, Latin and North America. He was a former venture advisor with TVS Capital and election observer with the OSCE/UN.

    He has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and master’s degrees in Manufacturing Engineering Management as well as Chemical Engineering.

    Ramanna has been working for over 20 years in software solutions industry also enabling the launch of multiple mobile products across various networks and regions, including North America, Europe and Asia. He is the managing director of Borqs, a software platform based on Android OS that delivers customised solutions to the international operators and OEMS. Prior to this, he has managed global software engineering teams in Motorola.

    Ramanna is an electronics, computer science and communications engineer from University of Mysore.

    Indus Khaitan

    Khaitan is a co-founder of Bitzer Mobile, an enterprise mobility startup aiming to bring mobility beyond e-mail. Previously he was part of the seed accelerator The Morpheus where he raised its first fund and invested in over 20 startups in two years.

    Khaitan joined Morpheus in May 2009 and has hands-on experience in starting companies, product development, technology evangelism and marketing & sales. He started Tejit, Inc., a semantic web discovery engine which was later acquired. Prior to Morpheus, Khaitan was the CTO of SezWho Inc., a Los Altos, California-based social media infrastructure tools startup. Indus has held senior management and technology positions at Symantec, Outride (acquired by Google), Guru Worldwide, Mindware/NEC and VeriFone.

    He has a BE in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.

Garg graduated as an engineer from REC (Regional Engineering College) Jalandhar, and followed this by an MBA from IIFT (Indian Institute of Foreign Trade), Delhi.

    He takes keen interest in building and taking products global delivered through cloud. He also actively looks at big data and analytics opportunities besides energy efficiency.

Singhal is also an active mentor on the CIIE Mentor Edge Panel (IIM Ahmedabad), Start-up Village (Kochi) and Venture Labs (Stanford University). Before starting LetsVenture, Singhal, an IITian spent many years at Motorola as its project manager.     He is presently CEO and founder of MAIA, a business intelligence firm. Previously, he founded app development firm Globalware System & Software Solutions and steel trading exchange firm ispatudyog.com. He is an ISB alumnus and an electronic engineer from Shah and Anchor.

    Parthasarthy is building a big data product startup Indix. Prior to this, he has spent 19 years at Microsoft. His last role was corporate VP of the startup business accelerator, a new division created to focus on building startups for Microsoft. Among the other senior positions at Microsoft included corporate VP of the developer & platform evangelism group at Microsoft, regional director of Microsoft south Asia; and runmicrosoft.com and the internet security product unit.

    He has a master’s degree in engineering from MIT, a master’s degree in management from MIT Sloan School of Management and a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Anna University’s College of Engineering, Chennai. He is on the executive board of MIT Sloan School.

    Sharad Sharma

    Sharma is ex-CEO of Yahoo! India R&D who closely examines the transformation challenges facing the industry in his blog Orbit Change Conversations. Prior to joining Yahoo!, he was involved in buy-out activities focused on taking mid-sized software product companies private. Previously, he was the India general manager and corporate vice president of product operations at Symantec (formerly VERITAS) and was responsible for the turnaround of VERITAS operations in India. He was earlier a co-founder and CEO of Teltier Technologies, a New Jersey-based wireless infrastructure start-up that became the leader in the presence and availability management space and is now part of Cisco. Sharma has managed product development teams at Lucent Technologies both in US and in India. He also set up AT&T’s, and later Lucent’s, R&D operations in India in mid-90s.

    Shrinivas Anumolu

    Anumolu, a finance and software professional, has been an entrepreneur besides working at senior positions in various organisations. Following his studies, Anumolu joined Barra, Inc. in 1990, as a Product Manager and later went on to become a director at New York Life. He quit his job to start his entrepreneurial venture by launching Elance, an online service for freelancers that aggregates freelance workers in programming, design, writing, sales, finance and a range of other industries. In 2005, Anumolu accepted an additional, short-term position as a director of ecommerce at Amazon India, where he helped to develop products and business strategies.

    Anumolu graduated from the Bachelor of Science programme at Indian Institute of Technology Madras. Subsequently, he secured a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. He later completed Ph D coursework in finance, economics and statistics at Anderson School of Management at the University of California at Los Angeles.

    Hayath is a serial entrepreneur who presently runs  SAIF Partners and Helion Ventures-backed online prep platform for entrance exams called Toppr.com. Prior to this, he co-founded Chaupaati, a phone commerce marketplace that was acquired by Future Bazaar. A graduate from IIT Bombay, he worked with management consulting firm Opera Solutions in Delhi and New York and FMCG major ITC Ltd in Bangalore.
