Indore- and Nashik-based startups among nine funded this week

A total of nine startups got funded in the week gone by, including three from Indore and Nashik that got their first cheque.

The startups that raised funds also included Appknox, a Singapore-based mobile security company, which received $650,000 in a pre-Series A round from early-stage venture fund SeedPlus. Mumbai-based jewellery marketplace Joolz raised $490,000 in a pre-Series A round.
