Delhi-based tech startups garner bulk of seed funding

Half the tech startups funded during the week ended July 29 were based out of Delhi while only three companies were from India's IT capital Bengaluru, according to VCCEdge, the data research platform of VCCircle. Apart from 14 tech startups, two new ventures operating in the food distribution and agriculture sectors got their first cheques. Self-drive car rental startup  Zoomcar reportedly received $25 million in venture capital funding.
