Berlin-based programmatic advertising solutions provider Sociomantic Labs has appointed Benedict Hayes, former executive vice president of digital marketing firm iProspect, as its managing director for South East Asia and India business.
In his role, Hayes will focus on accelerating revenue growth and expansion of Sociomantic’s operations in Asia Pacific, the company said in a statement.
Hayes joins Sociomantic from iProspect, a part of the Dentsu Aegis network, where he spearheaded digital and technological innovation for nearly five years. He also worked with search engine marketing Net Egg for eight years and had short stints with Web Diversity and Tamar in the past.
“Hayes’ stellar understanding of digital strategies spanning programmatic, affiliate marketing, analytics and search, coupled with his deep familiarity with the service expectations of marketers in this region will be indispensable as we develop and nurture relationships and continue our APAC expansion,” Gavin Wilson, chief revenue officer of Sociomantic Labs, said.
Sociomantic provides programmatic advertising for solutions online, mobile web and in-app marketing. It launched operations to Shanghai, Indonesia, Vietnam and Taiwan over the past 12 months, bringing its global presence to 22 offices worldwide.
