What advice would you give startups who feel the pinch of scaling up?
Startups should ensure they are solving a real problem and are creating a sustainable business for the long term. They should map their customers and understand their true needs. Who is the end user? This must be understood well in advance. I would advise entrepreneurs to focus on building a strong foundation. Only then would you be able to build a sustainable business.
