Mylabyogi.com allows users to book a laboratory test online and schedule a home visit for blood collection. Its clients include Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, Holy Family Hospital, Prince Aly Khan Hospital and Dr Jariwala Laboratory.

"Crowded lab services market and underutilised infrastructure are forcing companies to look for outsourced partners in non-clinical areas of the segment to expand their reach and increase efficiency. In this context, MyLabYogi's approach has the potential to not only increase the margins of these labs, but also enhance customer experience," said Sasidhar Nandigam, director, Hyderabad Angels.

Several healthcare domain online startups have received funding in the last two years. A good chunk of money has gone into ventures which allow users to book appointment with doctors.

While some national diagnostic services firms such as Dr Lal Pathlabs and SRL already allow patients to book for tests online including those for home collection for sample, MyLabYogi comes across as an aggregator for such services.
