IBNLive.com CEO Rajan Srinivasan quits

IBNLive.com's CEO Rajan Srinivasan, who was also heading sales for MoneyControl.com, has resigned from his post. Srinivasan had joined Web18 back in 2007 as vice president- sales, and was promoted to the post of CEO of IBNLive.com in 2010. The development was first reported by Afaqs.

Prior to the Web18 group, Srinivasan was working as an account director at MTV Networks, Before that he was serving as regional manager at media2india.net, an ad network. He had also worked at companies like BBC Worldwide, Sony Entertainment Television and The Indian Express. "I am more than grateful for the support I have received from the Network18 team, our customers and our partners. This is a tough call but I am happy to know that the Web18 suite of products are well positioned as well as future ready, and wish them every success," said Srinivasan. Details on what's next for Srinivasan was not available at the time.
