TELiBrahma launches Buzz, a location-specific mobile information platform

Bangalore-based TELiBrahma Convergent Communications Pvt Ltd, a mobile advertising solutions provider, has launched Buzz – a mobile platform that caters to consumers’ location-specific engagements. In addition to movie trailers, interviews and music videos, Buzz users can access location-specific information regarding reward programmes, exclusive offers and deals from various brands.

Currently, Buzz service is available over 1,200 locations and includes brands like Café Coffee Day, Crossword, Nirula’s, Spencer’s, Barista, Shoppers Stop and malls. The network supports a wide range of devices like iPhones, Androids and other feature phones, therefore covering a large section of mobile users.

Termed as a location-based, personalised content delivery service, Buzz not only enables businesses to target the right kind of people but also cuts through the clutter by delivering relevant content based on the user’s personalisation.

Narasimha Suresh, CEO & founder of TELiBrahma, said, “Buzz makes it easier to find relevant information and entertainment on the mobile. With this launch, our relevance to the mobile-savvy consumer base in India reaches better heights.”

How Buzz works when connected to Wi-Fi

First, connect to Buzz Wi-Fi at the location. Then open the browser and type gobuzz.mobi to experience Buzz. Here you can download videos, ringtones and wallpapers, and can avail exclusive offers and deals for free. Participate in contests at the location, engage with brands, get offers on products, make purchase through Buzz and share the experience with friends through social media. Finally, stay updated about location-specific deal, offers and engagements through real-time alerts.
