The voice-Twitter service by Singapore-based Bubble Motion has launched its Bubbly social voice application for Android in India. It launched its iPhone app last month. This app enables the users to create voice posts, or Bubbles (as they call it) and share with friends in real-time.

The Bubbly app also allows users to follow celebrities, and for that the users have to pay a 6-month fee of $2.99 to follow all the premium celebrities.

Launched in 2005, Bubble Motion was co-founded by entrepreneurs Sunil Coushik and Venu Sriperumal.  Prior to co-founding Bubble Motion, Coushik led the mobile business for consulting firm Plexus where he worked with network operators to roll out a series of services for enterprise customers. Before Plexus, he had founded 'Cyber Times', a news magazine targeted at computer enthusiasts.
