BeStylish Strengthens Its Management; Hires Digital Marketing Director And Product Head

Eight month old BeStylish.com, an online shoe store by the Gurgaon-based Smile Group has appointed Neha Kant as digital marketing director and Rajat Shikhar as its product head.

As a part of her mandate, Kant will be responsible for all digital marketing and brand communication initiatives.

Additionally she will also take care of the sales and planning future business strategies to scale up the business to the next level.

Till recently Kant was with Bagittoday.com as head - product and sales. An MBA degree holder from Fore School of Management, Kant has also worked with FCB Ulka.

On the other hand, Shikhar was a consultant with Internet start-ups, helping them with product, e-commerce strategy and roadmap, prior to joining Bestylish.

An alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee and Indian Institute of Management, Indore, Shikhar was with Myntra.com as associated vice-president, product function. He has also worked with Cognizant, CSC and Tata Consultancy Services.

According to Shailen Amin, co-founder and chief executive officer, BeStylish, "The inclusion of Kant and Shikhar will go well with our ambitious growth plans for 2012. BeStylish is geared up to launch an array of new styles and designs in our product portfolio and their experience will help us to go ahead."

BeStylish offers international, high street and regular shoe-brands and targets men, women and kids. The site claims to have 2000 styles across 50 brands. Some shoe brands available on the site are Woodland, Adidas, Buckaroo, Nike, Adams, Provogue, Franco Leone, PlayBoy, ID and Numero Uno.
