It seems to be raining tablets this time of the year. Just yesterday we told you about S Mobility's new tablet called Mi-720 and here we are again. This time around it is the Chinese handset maker G'Five that is planning to launch an Android tablet. The tablet will have a 7 inch screen and will be released in the Indian market by the end of this month.

"G'Five is actively seeking more channel partners across the country, not just in metro cities but in tier II and tier III cities as well. Besides channel sales, G'Five is also in the process of tying up with retail operators especially the LFRs (large format retail stores) that have chain of stores across the country," according to The Mobile Indian.

The tablet will have a 7 inch capacitive touchscreen and will run on the Android operating system. It will be competitively priced at under Rs 10,000, joining the long list of companies targeting the under Rs 15,000 bracket in India. Recently, a host of companies have done the same; some of the prominent ones include Reliance 3G tab (for Rs 12,999), Beetel Teletech's 'Beetel Magiq' (for Rs 9,999) and Mercury's mTab (for Rs 9,499) and S Mobility's MiTab (for Rs 11,990).
